You cannot beat the location, for sure. Modern building with amazing views from almost every apartment. The staff gets to work on problems very quickly, and many Kudos to the maintenance team.

I lived here for about a year and never had a major problem in my apartment. One of the elevators had an issue as wasn't in service more than once. Outside of some freak accidents and some of the people living there, I would recommend. The staff, Libby primarily, is great and informative when concerns are raised; she usually has an answer. The view and location is great and if the rent was a little cheaper, I would not have left.

I love living dow town and overall the building is pretty great. Some of the amenities up on the top floor have been damaged or lost and have not been corrected fixed or replaced.
