Everything about live here is top-tier including staff Security. Everything is top-tier about living here at Peper Loft and security is always watching and making sure the residents are safe even when nobody see Officer Murphy he sees everyone.????????????I know gor a fact he lives his job that’s I glad I picked here a even Jasmina all everyone who works in the office is amazing.

Love this place! There are definitely some quirks with it being such an old building. Walls are thin and air circulation throughout my unit is not great. Room for improvements: more frequent checks of the rooftop propane tanks. I can rarely ever use the firepits up there because the tanks are always empty. The trash smell throughout the first floor, especially in the gym has been pretty bad. That was never an issue for the first few months I lived here.

I have lived at Peper Lofts for over 2 years now and have enjoyed my time living here. I am getting ready to re-sign for a 3rd year because of the positive living experience I have had thus far. The staff are super friendly and helpful and maintenance request are fulfilled promptly. Overall, I would highly recommend living here.

The staff is great. The location within your lofts is secure and comfortable. My loft is beautiful. Other residents are friendly and mind their business. The price of the lease has increased a bit too much every year. I gove it 4.4 out of 5 rating.

The Peper Lofts are an incredible place to live. The staff are amazing, the residents so nice, and its a location close to the action but not in the hussle and bussle.

The walls are wayyyy tooooooo THINNNNN extremely , like unacceptable thin. The marketing company (2nd Floor) is loud!! they chant every morning, its soo loud. You hear the dogs running around and playing. I literally heard my neighbors PHONE RING AND HER ANSWER IT... (conversation) I cant sleep because I hear everything and its scary because it soo close it sound like its in your unit. there is no peace. the only thing I like is the window and its view. the dishwasher always has a problem, also the people above were cleaning and water dripped through my ceiling. I do not recommend at all.
