Unit is great

Living in the Arcade building has overall been a good experience. For the most part the staff has been friendly and helpful. The building is usually clean. Sometimes some of the residents and/or their guests are too lazy to put their trash in the chute or properly dispose of old furniture, play loud music at 3am, and let their dogs pee and poop right outside the building doors. Sometimes there’s someone parked in front of the garage doors, usually to get some donuts from next door. Sometimes there’s someone parked in your assigned parking spot in the garage and it takes a while to get the person’s car moved (there are signs that warn of a tow, and they will put a sticker on your car, but I have yet to see someone’s car actually towed out of my spot; i had to go park somewhere else). Armed Sscurity is on duty 24/7 which definitely comes in handy with some of the people trying to get into the building and the illegal activities that go on right in front of the building. Some of the residents are nice and courteous. For the price I think my unit and things I have access to in the building and within walking distance make it worth it. Better than living in Lucas Hunt Village.

I love my apartment

I have lived here since October 2023 and have had no issues. I love the things to do around the apartment building, I love the access to downtown. I live higher up in the apartment building so I don't hear any noise at all. Parking below the building is a must.....
