Maintenance and Service Levels are not good

Response to service requests and communication about status of maintenance and repairs is not good. We have been trying to work an HVAC issue with the landlord since we moved in and as of this date there is no resolution.

Building Management Not Responsive

I have been trying to get an HVAC issue resolved since we moved in. I keep getting push back, delays, non availability, etc. Still not resolved. Frequent complaints of two cold in winter, too hot in summer. 3rd party HVAC issued a report that there are issues with duct work.
