Amenities are good. However, if you're looking for a place with no security whatsoever you've come to the right place. We've had multiple instances of homeless people gaining access ti the building, roaming around the, taking naps on the couches and the list goes on. Additionally the garage next door used for parking constantly has homeless men doing their business next to doors, following tenants, oh and even had a homicide a couple of months ago! The best part, upper management takes no action!

It is a nice place to live but there aren't very many amenities and the price could be more fair for the value.

I have been living at The Mark for the last three and a half months and I have loved the apartment building so far! The amenities are great and the building is always clean and the staff is always welcoming. It is also very safe. There is no guest parking but there is usually street parking near the building. Very close to the street car and P&L.
