Good place for downtown

The building is nice, secure. Parking downtawn, including Quality Hill is hit or miss, especially with the new construction. Building does have covered parking for a fee. I have a non renovated apartment. So no dishwasher. Storage is available at no charge. Has been very convenient when I didn't have a car and is central to a lot. Building has a bus stop right in front, but the bus system is looking at moving the stop. Overall, it is a nice spot to be downtown

Seriously, do it.

This is the best apartment building I have ever lived in. Staff are on point and very friendly, maintenance is also super on point, the area in the city is amazing, walls are super thick, parking is a breeze, they even have snack and soda machines :D Overall friendly community, secure, safe, laundry facilities are dope, you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not at least checking it out.

Alright

This place is in a great location but the building is old and the amenities (in the non-renovated units) are terrible. I don't know what the new units are like, but things are constantly breaking down in the old ones. The walls are paper thin, I can hear my neighbors having a conversation. Management is really nice though.

910 Penn is an inviting, pet-friendly property. Dogs and cats are most welcome with some restrictions:  Two pet limit, full-grown maximum weight of 35 lbs. for each pet. Pets must be house-broken and properly inoculated. Breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Husky, Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Elkhound, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Wolf Breeds. Only one nonrefundable fee for 1 or 2 pets of $300 due at move-in. Only one fee for 1 or 2 pets of $20 a month.
