I like the place there’s more to when you go to the store and gas station and other places

Pleased with my apartment and the location. Maintenance is good. Would like to say something to recognize Julian Watts. He's been the manager for (pretty sure) more than a year now and seems to be doing a great job. Gets stuff done and it's appreciated. Plan on renewing my lease!

Had quiet neighbors across the hall, now it's some Dad who leaves his 2 kids (oldest might be 7-8) alone all day and it's very loud and noisy now. Love the blanket and towel in they patio window. Our laundry room is an absolute trash pit. Nobody cleans the hallways anymore - used to be done weekly. Hopefully somebody will fix the back door to our building soon. It's hanging crooked ... still. Any ETA on that repair -- is it OK if I fix it myself ?
