I have lived in Boulder Springs over 6 years and just renewed my lease. The amenities are wonderful for families (or empty nesters like me). The apartment is spacious with wonderful kitchen space including a wine rack, full size washer/dryer. The grounds are well maintained and staff is always friendly and responsive. There are several events offered so neighbors can socialize (and the pool area is great! I'm a happy camper!
A charming neighborhood
Parking problems are exaggerated in other reviews. Most of the time you can get a spot fairly easily. The springs are wonderful, especially for pets to admire, and the pond makes for a good running and walking track. The gym is useful, and our dogs love the dog park.
