Beautiful structured property located near Westport, conviently minutes from the highway. The neighbors are very neighborly and respectful. The staff is super amazing, property is a little strict but if you want to keep it nice I suppose thats the way to be. Parkimg can ne a headache if youre not ho,e before 9, but other than that thismis a great place to live.

Lovely Place to live
We've lived here almost 2 years and love our apartment. The office staff and maintenance team is Amazing and they are quick to address any problems. The only down fall is the parking, I pay the extra to have a garage and a guaranteed spot but my husband truck can't fit in one so most nights when he comes home he has to park on the other side of the complex. The property is always clean and groomed, and the amenities are a plus.

No Regrets Thus Far
I've resided at Aventura a Maryland Oaks for a few years now. I have not experienced any issues to speak of since living here. The staff and maintenance are great. The complex is in a desirable/favorable location.

Could Be Better for What You Pay
Neighbors obnoxiously and insessintly LOUD? Check Parking Atrocious? Check Price Too High for What you Get? Check The staff is nice enough to make up for some of these issues but overall the value to price ratio is not that great, if you leave later than 6pm sunday through thursday you lose a parking spot, amenities are meh, maintenance is competent enough and friendly. But god oh lordy are our upstairs neighbors loud. They are constantly banging and dropping things on the floor past 9pm at night and vacuuming past that time too. We have an infant at home and she is contantly being wakened up by this intolerable noise. Complex doesnt do anything if you complain and their first language is not english so I think something gets lost in translation when we try to talk to them Wish we could move but the cost of moving is not in the cards right now

Very nice place to live. The staff is exceptional and neighbors are friendly. Outside of the builder being short-sighted in regards to parking, I do look forward to making this my home for a long time.
