What others love about this property:
I like this place with its many flaws
Been here for a year. Love the beautiful scenery within the community. One thing I love the most is how well nature is preserved so we often see geese, deers, and other animals around. Good maintenance but not exactly top quality appliances and interior build (our dishwasher is old and doesn't wash very clean). Super friendly and responsive staff. Can hear neighbors music and voice through duct in basement bathroom and through the brick wall when it's quiet at night. But since we live next to a fountain, when it's on during the warmer months it creates a great white noise we love, and we don't hear other things. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I can be nitty picky about many things, but I also like many things about this place, this is a great place to live with some flaws just like anywhere else.

Whispering Hills checks off all the boxes that mean the most to me: Clean, quiet, safe, pretty settings with excellent staff and office people, close to everything I want and need.

Whispering Hills is a sweet, quiet apartment community, in the middle of city life. Nestled in a family oriented neighborhood, with great schools! The apartments are spacious, nice, and have a washer and dryer in each unit. Ypull also never feel left out! The friendly office staff creates events and gatherings for holidays and celebrations, so you have community. It’s a stellar place to live!
