Happy Resident!

Excellent location and unique updated floor plans that beat out newer construction with four walls, no personality. Maintenance staff (Jeff and Nick) do an incredible job at maintaining the building, responding to service requests in a very timely manner and great amenities like a remodeled workout area, yoga studio, outdoor pool, dog park, and a dog washing station. Another major plus is the complex is across the street from Louisiana Oaks Park walking and bike trails. Manyda, the property manager, ensures that residents' needs are met on a larger scale and a special shout out is due to Meghan Coleman, the assistant property manager, who is well known for her helpful attitude. She is always willing to go the extra mile to assist residents.

Just Moved In

I just moved into my apartment. I was assured before I moved in that the apartment would be repaired, painted, and cleaned. To my surprise, upon getting my keys and checking out my apartment, I found that the apartment had sticky substances all over the floor. Also, the walls were obviously not repainted since they had marks, dents, scratches, and patches of drywall exposed. The baseboards and trim of the entire apartment were not painted well, there were gaps, scratches, and dents. The ceiling had patches were it was not painted. It was obvious to me that some work had been done to patch walls but no effort was taken to repaint over any damage or clean the apartment like I was promised (there were even dead flies in the windowsill). At least the staff seem nice. I'm hoping that this was just an anomaly and everything from here on out goes smoothly.
