Great most of the time

I really love the apartments. Staff is so helpful and sweet. We had moved here from out of state and did a virtual tour with the help of the amazing leasing office staff. The parking garage is super nice during winter and worth the additional cost. Sometimes the garage door doesn't want to open and fob has issues connecting but not the end of the world. It met all of our initial criteria including size, rooms, price, and balcony. The kitchen is a perfect size for the two of us and we love having an in unit washer/dryer. It is typically quiet. Fire alarms in the building has only gone off once unexpectedly due to a smoke (which was cleared by the fire department quickly). The windows let tons of light in but also cold air during the winter. The lot gets plowed and maintenance is good about putting salt down. The exterior doors are locked for safety however, there are no cameras in the hallways or near the packages which has caused problems. Most the time we have reported to the shipper (Amazon/Target) and were able to receive a refund however, at Christmas time it was a struggle as family sent us stuff and we did not know until it was too late. I have lived in other complexes that had cameras watching the packages, had a separate box for packages that required a key to open, or was delivered behind the leasing desk. We not only want to own a home for the purpose of having our own private space with more room but also, due to the packages. I am hesitant to order things from Amazon or have things shipped.

Maintenance

This is the very best Maintenance Staff, Kurt and Cory were maintenance wizards we moved in and had a number of various fix repair list and with a team each item evaluated for a resolution it was done repaired replaced to satisfaction and as each work order was completed Kurt and Cory inspected to ensure everything was in great condition working as it should ! Thank you for being so responsive but respectful and making us feel at home again this team is Minnesota’s Best Sincerely Deb Boniface

Excellent maintenance team

The maintenance team updated my screen and gap fillers in the bedroom. I was getting a lot of ladybugs because my window faces the sun and they try to come in for coolness. In addition, they fixed my unhinged washer/dryer door. Thanks, Kurt and welcome Addin to the Stoneleigh maintenance team!
