Poor maintenance team

I have had multiple maintenance requests that have not been completed. My most recent requests were a few month ago and I still have not been helped. I have left multiple requests online, via voicemail, and have talked to the staff in person. The staff is rarely in the office during office hours and I have never been able to get a hold of someone on the phone. Positives for this apartment are great location and you get a good amount of space for the cost.

Staff Issues

The staff at Central Park do not meet expectations. Do not expect them to respond to your emails and if you have questions prepare to wait for the answers. The location is perfect, and the community is good. The building is older and they have issues keeping up with the maintenance issues (water pipes seem to be a main issue).
