Would NOT recommend this storage facility at all. First, they do not mention the Insurance. You just suddenly get an extra 32 bucks added to your bill. When you complain about it you are told "it was in the contract". Ok.. so it may have been, but you might have said something. Note, if you provide proof of renters/homeowners insurance they take it off, but it's another battle to fight for no reason. Second, two months after I move in they raise the rates by 20%. Yep... just enough time to get you settled and then they raise it just enough that you pay it, because moving everything is a huge job. Yet the published rates for the same size unit online stays at the old price. They will fool you with low upfront prices, but don't be fooled. Go elsewhere if you can. Also there are not enough carts. A couple of times I've gone and there is no cart in the building to use, so you have to search one down. I'd rather pay a slightly higher price upfront and at least know they aren't going to hit you with raised within two months. ... Read more

I’ve had a great experience with this storage facility so far. Amy and the staff have been very responsive and supportive. I am scheduled to arrive on Labor Day, when they are closed, but after reaching out, they have already arranged to help me access my things on Monday , Sep 1st, 2025. BE CAREFUL RENTING HERE. If its short term it will be just fine. However, if you plan to stay longer than 3 months they will raise your rent. Every 3 months for over a year they tried raising mine. The last time it was raised it went up from $75 to $115. Ill be going back to my other storage facility where they didnt touch my rate for 3 years until I moved. The place is clean and nice but once you get moved in the rates start to increase periodically which is expected with storage units. So I ask if I can pay a year upfront at a fixed rate so I am not getting these increases throughout the year. I was told I can pay the year but they will still charge the increases when they want. I thought this was weird so I shopped around and found most any other place was ok with me paying the year at the advertised price plus a utility fee.
