The apartment is big and nice but to get anything repair is a waiting game. They need more help to have someone in the office at least 1/2 day not once a week.

Annoyed Tenant
I have been living here for several years and I have always had an issue with the plumbing Nasty water backs up. in my dishwasher and my sink is always backing up. Its currently backed up as I write this after I called emergency mantineance. I have asked for a new stove it works when it wants. I ask for my place to be updated like the others I was told it would only get updates if I moved out. doors are cheap and continue to come off the hinges. I was supposed to have my blinds replaced in the front because they were bad, or the piece that controls them was bad. I was told this by employees last year it never occurred. they just take our money!!!
