Waited almost one year to get my unit but it was well worth it. After being here for a year now, I continue to enjoy where I'm at. Would not want to live anywhere else.

This is a fantastic community to live in. Its quiet and everyone is friendly. The amenities go far above and beyond - i just need motivation to go back to the gym; the hot tub and two pool? Don't tempt me with a good time. This place is fantastic and it sits so close to downtown South Lyon that walking from here to main street is like being drawn into an imaginary world where trees overlap your stroll and create a tunnel to main street. I love it here.

I have lived here for about a year. The location is wonderful. The water is very nice and high quality and the club house is especially fun in the summer!

I have enjoyed living here but after 6 years it needs a lot updating, paint, carpet and some appliances.The grounds are well kept, as a senior I would appreciate more handicap parking.

This is my first year living here. It is a beautiful community but not very well maintained inside the apartment or on the exterior of the buildings.
