I recently moved in on March 18. The staff has been helpful, kind, and accommodating. I love the layout of my apartment, and whatever issues I have encountered, they have been addressed promptly.

Zero maintenance apart from continuing to come in and install multiple redundant smoke/carbon monoxide alarms. Staff at the front is great but anything I do with them never gets forwarded to LR Management. Tried for months to get money back from the provided insurance when I purchased my own. Nothing came of that. My lease is up before the end of the month so I asked for an adjusted rate which was given to me by the front office, This was never communicated or forwarded to LR Management who then send me notices of eviction and such. Obviously, there is no way to directly contact LR Management so just a plethora of issues coming from that. Apart from that I enjoyed the location but with all of the other apartment complexes in the area for cheaper and the same location I would look somewhere else.

Facilities are in shambles, floor is clearly rotting through in Outdoor mechanical room and lots of little issues with the apartment itself. The staff is unresponsive to issues or even emails for that matter due to inexperienced and blatantly lazy office staff.
