Facilities are in shambles, floor is clearly rotting through in Outdoor mechanical room and lots of little issues with the apartment itself. The staff is unresponsive to issues or even emails for that matter due to inexperienced and blatantly lazy office staff.

Slow maintenance reauests. A lot of stuff is also outdated in terms of washers, dryers, bathroom tub, etc.

good community, great location
good community, great location. buttttt.... i'd change a few things. mainly the price. There's nothing outstanding with the interior (other than i have vinyl flooring) and the rent is outrageous. as is all rent rn everywhere. i do love the dog park, the pool and the amount of friendly neighbors. I'd change the snow removal service in the winter- there basically is none. other than that it's pretty nice. They deal with the issues that come with being short staffed but- who isn't. 4/5 stars
