It’s great living so far, everyone is nice. No issues and it’s pretty quiet.

The area is great and so far I have not had issues with residents. There was a lapse with maintenance being able to come and fix issues promptly or at all but has since not been a problem.

There is an umbrella stuck in the fence behind my place. It’s been there for months. The amount of broken down cars is ridiculous however I was told they couldn’t get a tow company to get rid of them. The kids are unsupervised and have no care of people space. Bikes are left everywhere my front porch looks like garbage because my neighbors leave them right next to my door and to add insult to injury I just had the privilege of renewing my lease for more than new people off the street. Super cool!

Only thing nice about this place isnlocation, other than this it lacks much needed updates and repairs. Management has changed way too many times and maintenance is done half assed.

I've lived there over four years, and I still like it very much. The local area has many of the important stores and shopping, good to great restaurants, a nearby Sparrow Lab, a Baryames location, Meijer, and Kroger, as well as Aldi and Walgreens. The commute to Lansing is only minutes, year around, with nearly-zero traffic.
