The complex is fine, until you need something. It is almost impossible to get ahold of management- they dont answer their phone, they dont call back, they dont reply to their emails or maintenance requests. Recently we were told we cant just "drop into the office" anymore, you have to make an appointment via phone or email (which they dont answer). Had to reach out to the corporate office just to hear back from someone and STILL cannot get a reply back from our property manager.
