I love everything about this place. Sometimes maintenance is a kittle slow with fixing things in our soartment unless its an emergency. The latest thing is coming back to reseal our bathroom light from when we had a flooding. The noise has gotten better; but the only problem is that the kid below us loves being out in all hours of the night waking up a lot of kids (ours and the baby above us which makes the parents argue).

I have a neighbor below me who id unbelievably rude. He poinds when i was wwalking down the hallway today. He knocked when i seet a cup if coffee on my coffee table. He knocked when i dropped my phone ofd my bed. What is wrong with this guy???. How do i file s formal conplaint. This lridiculos and it has to stop. ThxpPleasevhelp me. Lo

It's been okay. It's a decent place most of the time. I'd appreciate better care with the dog stations the trashes are left over flowing constantly and dog bags empty. Building security would be nice because random kids coming and making messes in buildings or knocking on doors is annoying. Water shut off and washing and drying units being broken or not fully fixed isn't good. The prices of washing and drying going up when rent is high is a bit ridiculous and just seems a bit greedy. The staff and maintenance works have always been nice and helpful and that's appreciated. Overall it's a decent apartment and great location. Just wish it was better maintained and organized, more cost friendly, and better building security.
