Laundry room needs update along with apartment
Only lived here a little over a year and my rent went up $200 no updates in apartment or in building

Not worth it
Not the best . My bathroom flooded and I requested a replacement or a refund on my personal items that were damaged that I paid over 160 for and they didn’t even come check how the damage was and only offered to pay 25 dollars of my damaged items… they are quick to over charge but slow to fix or just don’t fix .

I like these apartments. They are a little older so you hear as little of walking above me that is normal. Overall good neighbors. I have yet to swim in the pool due to COVID.
