The place is the worst I've ever seen. We have been living here for only 2 months and I have regretted it since the beginning. The first tried to get us to move in with mold in the basement, closet doors broken, faucets not working, and a gap in the patio door. Fast forward to New Years Eve, water in pouring into the basement like a main line had broken. Emergency maintenance tells me there isn't anything they can do until the rain stops. (understandable) The next day no rain, maintenance tell me there is nothing they can do but management is aware of this new issue. I go to talk to the property manager, Tessa who is sitting in her office, has the girl tell me she's unavailable and I need to call her the next day. BS!!! The girl proceeds to tell me that leaks in the basement are a known issue and they are working to get it fixed. IF THERE ARE LEAKS IN THE BASEMENT, WHY ARE YOU RENTING OUT UNITS!! The amount of water coming to our basement was not from a crack!

My roommates and I love living here. However, it seems that whenever there are maintenance issues things don't really get resolved and we have to call the office multiple times for anyone to come out. We haven't been able to use our basement since we moved in (due to issues that happened prior to us moving in), we haven't been able to use our kitchen sink for the last 3 months and maintenance has left two gaping holes in the drywall down there, the parking lots and sidewalks are rarely salted and maintained causing falls, and people tend to hang out and make a lot of noise outside late at night which wakes us and some of the neighbors up. Nothing seems to get enforced. I will say that the staff in the office are always friendly and polite when putting in requests though. At this point, however, I think I would prefer someone rude if it meant getting the maintenance issues actually resolved.

The trash valet living app is convenient and helpful, but most nights they forget to come ao i have to request for them to come back almost everyday on odred to get the trash taken.I needed a lit of repairs when i moved in and a lot of the issues should've been done before i moved in. However, the emergency HVAC , electrician and plumber have benn quick and very accessible. Rent could be cheaper because it eas wxplained to me that the rent would only be 1150 a month because of a discount but its ended up costing 1265 a month woth all the fees and charges .i enjoy my space
