Maintenance is almost non existent, parking is always a chore and theres alot of issues with noise and loitering. We've had problems with plumbing since September and it takes FOREVER for anything to get fixed. Doesn't help that theres 0 communication from staff about anything and we're just left in the dark or told "call the office and remind us." People park like absolute idiots by hitting vehicles, taking up multiple spots or blocking your doors so you cant access your car and that's not even taking into account the vehicle break ins or people trying to steal parts (which the office also doesn't care about and refuses to install cameras.)

Its been a nice and easy stay so far! Not much noise everybody is friendly its just been a lroblem with my heat and water hutthe maintenance was on jt and goit it fixed in no time!
