The office staff and maintenance crew are friendly and helpful, quick turnaround time on maintenance calls, my neighbors are all very nice, and the view is spectacular! I rated the amenities even as 5 star because they offer a lot for a small apartment complex, plus I don't need/use most of the amenities. They even have fun social events and provide food!
