I've been a resident at Edgemont Park for 11 years now and have had some upgrades done to the inside of my townhome. However, it could use more upgrades, for example, broken cupboards and drawers in the kitchen and needs new carpeting or flooring in the living area.

My rent has gone up for the past 3 years. And if I continue this year, it'll be a total of $200. Gone up into three years.And that's ridiculous

I’ve really enjoyed living in this community for almost 3 years. The property management is very nice and accommodating and the maintenance crew is always top tier when you need something fixed. They keep up with lawn care and when winter comes they salt every door step and side walks in here which is very nice.
