For the price it's great. And you have to be semi- proactive about the upkeep. Meaning, if something suddenly goes wrong, you need to report it right away. .and their response time is great. The Grass is always cut. the snow gets shoveled. Security is securing (sometimes too much). All in all, it's a good starter apartment.

Well I am honest person and living here is very noisy you can hear between the walls the water is not hot cuz everybody using the same water tank in their building stay off the short and it's too many apartments for the staff to be short we need more people and I move 2025 in December the 1st and I still have repairs that need to be done that's not

Building 4 has some loud tenants both upstairs and downstairs that play loud music even during the quiet times

Overall experience is fair, however since I informed the office i did not want one pertucilar guy to return to fix anything in my apartment a work order I put in back in march of 2025 has still not been completed and I have requested it 5 times including twice with property Manager.

Parking lot should get new lines done so residents can park correctly. Noisy neighbors should be dealt with, especially if complained about numerous times. Notes, or notices for early non-scheduled closings; such as the laundry room, and office. There are schedule times for things to be open, and sometimes it's closed early with zero explanation. I once was charged with a late fee on the rent payment due to the office being closed earlier than the scheduled times.
