All dogs must be of a non-aggressive breed, as documented by a veterinarian if requested.  Specifically, there will be no Mastiff, Doberman, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Akita, Chow, or German Shepherd breeds (or have mixed descent including these breeds). No pet with a bite record shall be allowed. Pets may not exceed 80 pounds (total, combined weight) at any time. All dogs must be licensed with the Genesee County Animal Control, and proof provided that such license is current at all times. License tags and identification must be present on the pet at all times. Pets must be current with all inoculations, and proof provided of such prior to occupancy and also upon request. An initial Pet Deposit of $200.00, for each pet, must be paid prior to any pets moving in. A Pet Fee must be paid of $30.00 per month for each pet.

Grand Blanc Living

This is my third time living in the community. Apartments are spacious, located right of the highway for an easy commute, the geounds are well kept, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, neighbors are friendly, and it is also a pet friendly community as well. Love it would recommend The Fairways of Woodfield, to anyone searvhing for an apartment home in a great location, prime schools, and located for an easy commute.

Perfect place

We feel safe and grounds are kept clean and we enjoythe peace and quiet. The only complaint i have is the cars that speed through the complex.

This is my third time residing in the community, havent been disappointed yet. Quiet surroundings, sfae peaceful, and great neighbors, everyone is friendly, well kept property. Would recommend as a first residence, or family residence before transitioning into a new home, great schools, hospital, and local establishments to suit all your needs

Comfortable and convenient

I really dont have many conplaints regarding the property. Maintenence has always been great and if anything breaks it is replaced promplty. There is ample covered parking as well garages if you are interested. Lots of soace to walk your dog as well if you have a pet.
