Nice Updated Apartments but built Cheap

I love our apartment with the updated appliances/counters/tops and the vaulted ceilings. However the walls are paper thin and my neighbors smoke cigarettes and weed. (HMMMMMMM i thought this was a smoke free property) as well as suuuper loud. Its discouraging paying an ABSOLUTE premium here for an apartment and I have less than desirable neighbors. Marena is great as always and I enjoy her. Hard worker for sure. Also lets get some trash valet for this monthly price. My last apartment in florida came and collected our trash 5 nights a week.

A safe, comfortable place to live.

I moved here in 2018, leaving an apartment in Fenton. The management there was unacceptable, making living conditions unbearable. This place is managed well, my apartment is comfortable and I have been happy here. I feel our manager, Marena, is responsible for my comfortable life here.
