Great complex
I have lived in this complex community for 3 years. The staff is very nice, and they go out of their way to assist you in a timely manor. The property is well maintained, with a few issues of other residence not cleaning up after their pets, but that is a small issue. (most people respect the pet clean up rule, and the complex has several doggy bag waste stations, and a gated dog run area, people are just lazy) washer and dryers in every building and some in the apartments which is a plus. The pool is well maintained, they just put in new basketball/tennis courts. This place is constantly making improvements which i love. The rent does seem to go up every year which is a down fall for me, cause my apartment doesn't change or get renovated every year, I feel like they should raise it every other year to keep up with cost of living. Other than that I feel safe and love living here.

constant price increases
rates constantly going up on laundry and rent . In Las Vegas they use the same company for the washer and dryers and they only pay 1.50 and here in Michigan they have raised it twice within a year now its $2.00 this company is ripping off their tenants. The place has really gone down they are just letting anyone in no longer really feel safe

Lovely Residence
I love living at this apartment complex. The amount of care you guys put into everything makes it a joy to live here. I love the thoughtfulness you guys have in coordinating community events. If my job wasn't so demanding, I personally would love to participate. The sound proofing is really good quality. Most of the time I don't hear too much. Neighbors are mostly friendly. You guys are always prompt and informative and I love knowing when to expect maintenance regarding repairs and the like so I can plan accordingly. It's really nice to receive it via email as well as paper format in case I need to look at either option. Overall, I recommend that a lot of people move here. I'm planning on writing a positive google review as well! Thank you guys for everything that you do!
