The Mark at Brickyard

We need to be compensated for not being able to use amenities. Also, why wasn’t the recent break in of cars in the parking lot not addressed? This place has gone way down hill.

Brickyard review

This property has declined significantly since I moved here 4 years ago. There is trash in hallways, loud music, packages are always stolen, and the people in the leasing office literally never ever pick up the phone.... it’s insane.

The apartment is beautiful with plenty of space. The price is fair, however, the leasing office and its staff are awful. The maintenance staff is solid, but just to reiterate the leasing office and staff are atrocious. My apartment faces the parking area. Some residents are extremely noisy and the walls facing the exterior are so thin that you can hear them. Overall fair price, nice building, messy and loud residents, and bad leasing staff

POOR COMMUNICATION

Management and leasing office has extremely poor communication. Great quiet neighborhood but amenity availability, parking, use/convenience of key fobs, the value, and staff especially are terrible. I need to speak to management and cannot EVER get in contact with whoever it is.
