Mark at Brickyard Review

Lived in this building since 2018. Parking garage doors are constantly broken, and often take months to fix, recently they started charging for visitor parking, The office staff greatly improved after the new management company took over and maintenance is usually timely in responding to requests. Noise levels are often unmanageable, especially having a courtyard-facing apartment. The location is great for commuting on the Marc train.

Poor customer service

The property is nice and generally decent, but the client relationship & customer service from the property mgt needs major improvement.

my experience here

I've lived here for 3 years, in that time I've watched management change. The old management team (Harbor Group) had a poor style of management. Offensively so! Some of those staff members stayed on with the new management team. It seems, the new manager is relatively responsive and aware. I appreciate that. The residents that have been moving in seem to be getting younger and the grounds of the property are increasingly reducing in aesthetics due to the residents caliber. Maybe vet the tenants a little better than the current requirements. I'm tired of the smell of weed in the hallways here, I have kids, we don't smoke. We just want a standard of life that everyone deserves. Parking lot noise is always through the roof, has been for a long time.

3 years and such little changed

Hallways are filthy …… the indoor parking lot has trash all over the place……. Other than that its a good temporary place until your ready to buy

Not bad

I have lived at this property for 2 years now, the residents are a bit messy, they park their cars in the parking garage and empty all the trash in their car leaving it in the garage; some speed thru the garage as if they are on a race track; other residents decide it's ok to walk thru the hallways and just drop their trash on the floor without stopping to pick up.
