Broken mailbox licks. Pet excretion in the children's play area

I've only been a resident for 3 months. So far every seem to be going ok. I love my unit. But there seems to be problem with residents throwing their unwanted mail in the hall. Also some residents leave their bagged trash in the back hallway.
