Love Oak Row

My partner, I and our dog really love living at Oak Row. Staff and maintenance are both great, it's kept very clean, and everyone is super friendly.

Worth It

I moved out of the South End last year-for crazy high rents accompanied by crazy meth zombies. I didn't particularly want to live in the burbs. Oak Row/West Roxbury is the perfect compromise. It's not too far out of the city and a gorgeous area on top of it. Oak Row is strong construction-sound proof to a very high degree. I don't hear much of anyone in the building, and definitely not on the street. The apartment building stays in top form and always clean. The new and current management of National Development is a million percent better than Peabody Properties who was the original management. They are pretty much always available and quick to respond to the odd occasional issue. They are friendly and inclusive. The rent is a touch pricey but safety is always a priority for me, and here I 100% feel safe! The best part is how dog friendly the building is, also very important to me. I've seen a lot of places but this is still one of the best.
