Terrible staff and terrible neighbors
The staff does nothing when you have requests. Our upstairs neighbors are a bunch of elephants who jump from couches and run (and STOMP) around all day and night. I’ve asked them and the staff to do something about the excessive noise but nothing ever gets fixed. Its a waste of money to live her when you never get any peace and quiet. I have to have a noise machine and TV on and can still hear them jumping and stomping.

You should book a tour!
if you are on a budget but like to live in a new building with all amenities and don't mind living in the suburbs, this place is for you. I haven't moved out since I came here.

Highly Recommend Union & West
Union & West is a great community that is very welcoming to many different demographics. Nestled next to the commuter rail along with being close to main roads / highways allows for a commuter's dream living situation. This community is very pet-friendly. I would recommend this community to others.
