What happened, I used to like this place

The parking elevator constantly breaks down (I've seen a person physically trapped in it), the amenities are unmaintained/gone, and nothing in the common areas seem to get fixed anymore. The building changed ownership/management and everything has gone downhill since.

Thus far, the pro's of this building are the following: -2 years old with newer appliances, countertops, cabinets -Location is convenient to all parts of city as it is right by the Red Line Subway The Con's: -Package shipments- Many times, our packages are left outside the building in the open on the sidewalk. There is not a system in place from management office to monitor or improve this, which is completely unacceptable. We have a fob system to access the building. I'm not exactly sure how deliverymen are instructed to leave packages, but they are supposed to have access to leave shipments inside the building on the 1st floor. Many times, they don't and our packages are left exposed to the public and the weather outside. -Maintenance- response time to fix issues is sporadic at best. Often times, several follow ups are needed before our issues are fixed.
