Very lovely ~ watched this lovely location being built from the start of the church being removed for this property & the building of VIV. Its very very lovely . The owner is absolutely fabulous & definitely has built a very lovely property for living.

It's a great building overall. Some residents are a bit loud but the building is kept in great shape and is well cared for. They put thought into making amenities available that are useful and overall it's been a very positive experience. Everything about management has been excellent.
