The staff and amenities are great. Neighbors are a little loud. Parking is great.

Lived here for one year and love it. The only complaint is that the elevator seems to break consistently.

This is a great place to live. The apartments are really nice, spacious, and supportive. The amenities are good, although the laundry machines are rather unreliable and cost way too much. Overall though would recommend living here

I have lived here for about a year, I enjoy the apartment and location. I would paynspecial attention to the laundry rooms wgen using the shared washers and dryers. The insdie of the the washers grow brown mold on the black water proof lining, I regularly have to clorox them down myself. The staff say its a laundry connect maitenance issue and laundry connect says its up to the penninsula staff to clean it.
