Good base, but needs work

I believe the unit layouts, design, view are great. The property is in a fabulous location with great amenities. I have been here for many years and noticed you have changed employees often. I understand finding good employees can be hard, but there is a systemic problem with the front desk not being courtesy or not paying attention when guests walk by (on phone texting or making personal calls). I understand that this can happen when it is slow, which is fine, but should never occur in the presence of a guest. The one person that remains a high point at the property is our doorman, Jeane.
