An unsolvable ability

The reason for choosing was that it was good because it was close to school, but nothing else was found to be good. The employees try not to communicate with the apartment occupants

Staff are simply the best

I moved in about 2 weeks ago and everything has been great. Most of all the staff are amazing with Audrey and Nic always helpful, nice, hard working and extremely polite. They always greet you with a smile, always go above to ensure they helped in every way possible. I have enjoyed the complex most because these two people are simply GREAT. All the employees there work very hard an always polite. Every morning the hallways are clean, the grounds and parking lot are clean, pool and gym are clean. Overall, I am very happy with the process and the apartment complex.

Good place to stay

Peninsula is a nice play to live. It comes with it’s down sides though as well. The tow truck drivers may tow you from the parking space that you pay for, but peninsula wil cover the bill. Other then that, the staff is sweet people. Theres a nice gym and pool. And location i think is great!
