Very bad parking service and rude manager!!

Terrible management and awful customer service! The manager, not sure what's her name, but she is very rude and impatient. It is the third time my parking spot has been occupied by someone else, I have no place to park my car during the night, I called the management office several times and they didn't contact the towing company in time, the towing company didn't arrive until the next morning and towed my car!!! It bothers me a lot in my busy working days, but the manager is not having the right altitude to deal with this problem, very arrogant and unprofessional. Super disappointed.

parking issue

Hi, good day administrator, I strongly recommend that the garage parking should be monitored fully either by inspecting the parking permit or the registered license plate. This would be reasonable and safe, some outsiders even consumed the marijuana or some other substances in the garage!! It won't be very safe if there exists no monitoring system, though marijuana is legalized. Also, mainly because many outsider cars who haven't paid the monthly payment but frequently park in the garage, and there were even twice that someone who seemed to be an overnight visitor (same person) parked on my paid parking spot. And I have to ask the staff to tow his car at the late night when I was back home, it was irritated and unfair. I would even doubt the meaning of parking permit and monthly payment, since outsiders can park without any cost. In addition, I suggest that the interior door controller to be replaced as the exterior one, which has been replaced and worked very well. Because many residents including me has to be out of the car to open the garage door, it is very inconvenient that the controller isn't sensitive. I wanna say I like the fitness center, the good smelling and nice equipment. Thank you!! Maintainence system on your official website is very nice and timely, also paying online is very convenient. I like the website works like a community, which feels warm and effective, and these make me like to live here for extra time. Best Regards, YZ
