Beautiful location but need help with staff support

Love the location, though I hope more malls were around. I just would hope for better maintenance services and overall staff support system. We are new here and have been facing issues in our house and raised tickets. Also mentioned them in “what did we miss” document, but nothing happens and no one comes to resolve them.

a great place to live

My husband and I have lived in one of the new 3 bedroom townhouses for almost three years. We love the location and have enjoyed out time here. We wish there were more one level living options and will be moving out after our lease is up due to the high rent and lack of options.

The rooms is quite comfortable to live in. If there is more kinds of community activities held, engaged more residents together, it would be better. Fox example, Chinese Lunar New year is coming, if you held and engage more Chinese residents getting together to celebrate, it would be a more warm place for us.
