Nice place where to live with efficient maintenance, but some neighbors do not respect rules established by company. A covered park and/or storage will be nice to have.

I have been living here for two years now and overall I'm very satisfied with my experience. The parking is convenient and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The common areas are consistently quiet and well-maintained, creating a pleasant living environment. However, I do have one recent concern that I've already discussed with Robert. Last month, my air conditioning unit broke down and I had to submit three separate maintenance requests before the issue was finally resolved. The first two times, the online portal showed that the problem had been "resolved," but no maintenance workers actually came to inspect or repair the unit. I'm concerned there may have been some miscommunication or system error that caused this delay. Despite this maintenance issue, I appreciate the overall quality of the community and hope that any process improvements can be made to ensure more reliable service in the future.

I have super noisy stuff happening above me at all times of the day except between 11pm-6am. The noise barrier is super poor and this would be my biggest reason to leave this house

We appreciate house is well maintained and we support request are closed almost in 1 day. It is a very quite zone. Having the opportunity to have more storage space and a car park covered will make it perfect!

Love the location, though I hope more malls were around. I just would hope for better maintenance services and overall staff support system. We are new here and have been facing issues in our house and raised tickets. Also mentioned them in “what did we miss” document, but nothing happens and no one comes to resolve them.

My experience living in Hancock Village has been wonderful. All the staff are very helpful and accommodating. The buildings and facilities are well maintained and beautiful. The area is fantastic as well.
