Great place to live

Handcock Estates is a very nice place to live. We never hear our neighbors in our apartment. The common area facilities are kept very nice for our use. The maintenance people are efficient and friendly. The concierges are very personable and nice.

Lived here for 5 years. Building is maintained, kept clean and ammeneties like coffee in lobby area provided. Apartments are spacious with prompt maintenance when required Concierge service is provided. Has gym Management makes attempt to have homey feel by providing social occasions for tenants to mix
