Ive lived here for about two months, very nice appliances and renovated look. The walls are a little thin so the noise from other neighbors and roommates passes through very easily.

I have lived at 10 Essex for 2 years and just signed another lease! My husband and I have loved living in the heart of Central Square and being T-adjacent has been a life saver for me. One of the major selling points is the amazingly responsive and friendly staff. The building is quite new so maintenance is low but when little issues arise, the maintenance staff takes care of it immediately! The option of covered parking is also a huge plus in the winter as a transplant to the New England area. Would recommend this apartment for anyone looking for comfortable living in a prime location.

10 Essex St is a recently built apartment building with every convenience: central air, in-unit laundry, trash pickup on every floor, etc. The units aren’t quite as luxurious as those in nearby Market Central, but you can’t beat the location, steps from the Red Line stop and within two blocks of a Whole Foods and a Target. The staff is great (shout-out to Kirk!). The only downnside is that the peace and quiet is freauently interrupted by noise: Pedestrians love to carouse on Essex St; drivers honk or blast music; and footsteps from the unit above are loud and clear through the faux-wood floors.
