We lived here for 3 years and really enjoyed it! The team was very responsive with maitenance. Having a weight room was very convenient. We also enjoyed the location on the trail.

We have been living at Linea for over two years. We have nothing but great things to say about our time here. It has been a wonderful experience from the start. The maintenance, amenities and services are always excellent and there is never a need to ask twice. I am very active so having bikeway in my back yard is an added bonus! plus, it is a 10 minute walk to Davis Square, one of my favorite spots.

Renting a 3 bedroom apartment in Cambridge, MA

With 38 apartments in Cambridge, MA, it can be hard finding just the right 3 bedroom apartment. Before you even start thinking about size, price and features, you have to choose a neighborhood. And that’s no easy task, considering that, depending on the area, you get a wide range of rentals in Cambridge, MA, from very cheap to very expensive. East Cambridge is the most expensive neighborhood of Cambridge, MA with rents as high as $9,725, while in more affordable areas like Peabody the monthly rent can be as low as $2,700. Then you also have to factor in the distance to work, kindergarten and/or school. It’s an important decision, as most likely you’re going to spend the next couple of years in this apartment with your family. You are not just searching for an apartment to live in, you’re searching for a home. The internet is supposed to help, but it only confuses you further with redundant lists of things you should pay attention to. We know the feeling very well. Let us give you just one piece of advice: take the rational path and get your priorities right. The only person who knows what type of apartment you need is you. Create a mental or written list of things you absolutely cannot live without, filter accordingly. If a balcony or a garage is absolutely crucial, then head on to the filters section and check the ones you want. This way you will save time by skipping the apartments that don’t meet your criteria.

Is choosing a cheap apartment worth it?

There are certainly plenty of options among our 38 available units in Cambridge, MA if you’re considering also cheap 3 bedroom apartments. But are they worth considering? Certainly. Yet, you should not get carried away with very low prices, as your decision is not affecting only you. Most probably you’re moving with a family, and for the next few years this will be the place where your children will create memories. Good or bad. Remember how much you hated staying between four walls when you were a kid? Are there any playgrounds or parks around? Neighborhood amenities are important too. Cheap apartments in Cambridge, MA have low prices mostly because of their location. Take into account your morning commute. With children morning commutes are quite long anyway, so moving to that amazing apartment in Peabody can quickly become a drag if it’s on the opposite end of town than your job or the oldest one’s school. That being said, cheap apartments can be really good deals, but not at any price.
