Great spot near the law school

Great apartment near the law school! All the units have amazing kitchen appliances, strong AC, in-building laundry facilities, etc. Maintenance has been super quick and efficient as well. Only wish there were elevators in the buildings!

Great location and well maintained

Fantastic location especially for those going to college around the area. It’s expensive but typical for Cambridge. Their maintenance team is great, and the apartments at Chauncy Court are well refurbished.

Overpriced but nice

I have lived in my apartment for two years. The location is fine because of its proximity to the law school, but parking is nearly impossible, and it is far from grocery stores.
