My partner, dog, and I have lived at James and Harrison Court for 7 months now and we feel so fortunate to have found this spot! The location is fantastic, walking/busing distance from great restaurants and venues and the cutest streets of south end. The building itself comes with great amenities, including a dog run, a nice hosting/common space, a gym, a private courtyard, parking, and laundry on every floor. But the best part is the amazing staff! There is 24 hour concierge, which I didn't realize you could even have for the price we pay for our place. The staff are all lovely and have always been extremely helpful to me. I have no idea where these reviews go or who sees them, but I can vouch that I have had bad experiences with renting from managed properties before and I have nothing bad to say about James and Harrison Court. Also no one paid me to write this, we just genuinely love it here :) Also, even though the building is right across from a school, at least JC tenants seem decently diverse in age.
