The following non-traditional pets are allowed: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are not allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas are not allowed due to liability reasons. We do charge the following fees: 2 pet maximum; 100 lb maximum combined weight; $55/month pet rent. ** All pet fees, pet deposits, pet rent, weight limits, and the maximum number of pets allowed per apartment are subject to change at any time without notice and may be subject to certain restrictions. This community is truly amazing to live in. Alex is always helpful, professional, and friendly—she goes above and beyond in everything she does. The maintenance team is one of the best I’ve ever seen, and the concierge staff are equally professional and reliable. Altogether, it’s a fantastic place to call home.

I have lived here since December 2024, and I have no regrets choosing this as my new home. The comunity is great, the management and staff are great and amenities a plus. I am very happy and grateful to be living here. The only issue I have and unfortunately have to express complaint about is a noisy nieghbor. Right above me, a neighbor stomps very hard sounding as if he or she is performing a workout and the fact that there is a gym downstairs that can be utilized for that is not a choice for him or her it seems. Ive noticed at times when I am home, so is the person and they decide not to at least complete that activity during the day and wait to do it at night. It is a bigger concern to the point where at occasional nights, that person does it throughout the night and prevents me from sleeping. I hope at some point my complaint can be adressed with this perosn and they are considerate to perform what they do at the gym.

I’m reaching out to express concerns about the declining quality of amenities and events in our community, which have significantly impacted the resident experience. Amenities Accessibility and Maintenance: - Increasingly, amenities require costly paywalls, such as a $500+ deposit for common areas, making these spaces less accessible. These changes felt like they were made in retaliation for our Muslim residents who used these spaces frequently. -The firepit has been non-functional for two years despite multiple inquiries, and the grills are unusable due to unclear reports about the gas system's status. - The tradition of allowing dogs to enjoy the pool area on the final day of the season was unexpectedly discontinued this year. Rule Enforcement and Clarity: -Rules about where dogs are permitted have become inconsistent, with previously allowed areas now restricted without explanation, such as the patio area now fully designated as a pool zone. - I'm unable to enjoy reading a book in the sun on patio furniture with my dog beside me without being harassed by the maintenance man. Resident Events and Engagement: - Community gathers are rare, and often under-resourced, with food running out before the official start time. This wasn't a problem before. - Many events feel more like marketing opportunities for external vendors than meaningful resident engagement, diminishing their value to the community. It feels cheapened. - We were told that top placing Halloween competitors could win "up to" a month of free rent - we ended up getting like $50 instead. Bait and switch. These issues have collectively created frustration among residents. I encourage the team to prioritize transparent communication regarding amenities and repairs, consistent rule enforcement, and a stronger focus on inclusive, community-oriented events.

Noise from upstairs neighbor is ongoing and all hours of the night. I am also tired of hearing all of the barking dogs. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rent is high and ridiculous that parking is extra.
