This apartment has been one issue after another. It was definitely not move in-ready: cracked stove top, no water pressure in the shower, no hot water in kitchen sink, and no mailbox key(remained an issue for 2.5 months). The location is great and the apartment was pretty clean when we moved in, but it has definitely been one thing after another.

Expensive, Modern, Unmaintained

Although the apartment is in a great location and has several modern features, many of them are in poor shape. Our dishwasher is constantly falling out of the cabinetry, the maintenance team was never able to fix the fan above our shower, the fridge has no working buttons on the front, and our outlet underneath the sink isn't working forcing us to plug and unplug the dishwasher and disposal when they are needed. The windows in one of the bedrooms have a very poor seal leading to cold air constantly leaking in.

It was a great location (near BC and train)

The location was fun, we could go out in the BC area and also take a quick trainride to my internship in downtown Boston. It was clean & convenient!
