509 Beacon St

If you're looking for a very convenient flat located near Boston University, then this is the place. Walkability to Newbury street, the river, and shopping is next to none. However, the building is old along with its utilities. The maintenance staff and the management company is very kind but there's only so much they can do to make up for the age and deterioration of the building.

the apartment is steps away from the Charles River Esplanade, which offers scenic walking and biking paths along the river. Additionally, the house is within walking distance of many popular restaurants, cafes, and shops on Newbury Street and Boylston Street. Public transportation options are also easily accessible from this location
