The location is the main selling point for this property - the actual unit is a bit decrepit and holding on for dear life.

The building is located in a great and convenient area. The street specifically is a bit more college focused, so as someone outside of college years, it can be a bit... loud and rowdy. It is not a management problem, though; it is just how it is. The unit is nice but a bit dated, but the maintenance staff are quick and responsive; they do upkeep on the grounds surrounding the property, which makes the building feel nicer. Overall, I am happy with my time here but have a feeling I will get priced out within the next year or two. So will end up having to end my 3 year stay here.

The building and unit that I live in are great, albeit a bit dated in some areas. Although they are slowly updating the property during the course of holding a lease here. Sadly I think the main detractor for the property is mostly out of their control. The neighbors across the street, as well as the whole street, erupts with shouting and loud music every single weekend due to the high population of college students. Which in turn causes massive amounts of trash to accumulate around the property. Nothing much can be done there. Although there has been a piece of graffiti that was spray painted into the entryway of the property for well over a year now. It's not offensive but weird that it's still there after this long. I appreciate most of the interactions I've had with management, and the maintenance staff are friendly and helpful.

Good location, parking is challenging as it is other places in town without off street parking.
