Great location

This is a great location for a great price, but I have had issues with maintenance. No response for requests for repairs is a common issue. The building is old so radiator heat and no central air. I have had ro purchase as well as install window units once the ones that were in tact and working when I moved in stopped working. It is almost impossible to get someone on the phone and if you try to move dont expect a rental reference because no one can get in touch with them.
