APPLICATION CHARGES AND FEES: • $40 Application Fee per adult or guarantor (if applicable) is due at the time of applying. • $100 Non-Refundable Holding Fee per apartment due at the time of applying. • Security Deposit ranges from $250 up to a full month's rent (based on credit, employment, rental history).* • The Security Deposit must be paid in full within 72 hours of application approval, or your application will be moved to the Waitlist. • Short-term leases require additional monthly up-charge and are dependent on availability. The BEST apartment/townhome community I’ve ever lived in!

First off, the staff is AMAZING! Haylee is SUPER kind and knowledgeable. She is one of those people that make the world better just because she’s in it. Tim (maintenance) is talented, efficient, and great at all that he does. They both genuinely care about the condition of the property, and every unit. They also care about residents on-site safety, and do routine checks/inspections to make sure that everything is exactly as it should be.

Westborough Arms nice place to stay

I have had a wonderful time living here the past 3 years with my wife and daughter and the 2 years we were in an apartment here. It's quiet and the neighbors are lovely. Staff is great to work with. Gets still done in a timely manner. Never had an issue that I couldn't get handled in a timely manner. On top of it both apartments and townhomes are huge. Can't beat a good deal. So, 10 out of 10 recommendation from me. Highly recommend.

Westborough Arms Pretty great place

I absolutely love living here. This will be our 3rd year coming up. The location is great and has a good school district. our town home has enough room for our family, and I love the layout. Anytime something needs fixed, I can call up maintenance or get on the app and submit a request and they are out fixing it with that day or the following. I have never had an issue that has not been solved. They're all super friendly and easy to work with. I have had an apartment here and now a townhouse and I have loved them both. I absolutely would recommend this community to people looking for a great place to live and suggest it to people who I talk to that are. In my personal opinion, it's by far a better place to land whether you're on your own or a family. Me and mine have made a nice home here. Friendly neighbors and community, we plan to be around for awhile.

Good setup, neighbors, space, security. Tough changes in escalating price, chronic pool repairs and dog piles, insufficient staff provided for property this size so maintenance not timely for non immediate concerns.
