Parking spaces are a little tight, but overall fantastic apartments.

I have only lived here for two months. My move in day was not great because I had to wait to get into the apartment due to my co-signer/guarantor needing to sign more documents and they had painted my apartment just hours before I arrived for my scheduled move-in. Maintenance requests have been handled very quickly and I have enjoyed the pool, which seems well maintained. The gym is way smaller than I had expected and does not have a lot of room to do too many weight related exercises. The washer and dryer available on site is good and the app is easy to use, though it is about $5.50 for using both the washer and dryer.

Parking can be hard at times especially with all the trucks and the spaces not being wide enough for trucks so makes it hard to get in and out of your car if parked next to a truck. I am really over the cats that just walk everywhere, theyeve even walked into my apartment.
